BBQ Pork Belly Skewers


1 kg Pork belly

1 bottle of Barbecue Whisky Sauce

1 Onion

2 Peppers

1 pineapple

20 Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 20 minutes



Cut the pork belly into cubes approx. 5cm and place in a bowl.  Pour over the bottle of barbecue whisky sauce and marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Soak the bamboo skewers in hot water for 20 minutes.

Chop the onion, peppers, and pineapple into small strips and place on the kebabs with the pork.Grill on the BBQ for 10 minutes turning occasionally.
