Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 tablespoons Whisky Butterscotch sauce
- 2 shortbread fingers
- 3 tablespoons whipped double cream
- 1 meringue
- Scotch Whisky Syrup
- Pour over the Whisky Butterscotch Sauce and stir through the dessert.
- Put the whipped cream into a sundae dish.
- Break the shortbread fingers and the meringue into small pieces and mix into the whipped cream.
- Chill and serve topped with Scotch Whisky Syrup
