Scotch Mess

Ingredients (Makes 1)

  • 1 tablespoons Whisky Butterscotch sauce
  • 2 shortbread fingers
  • 3 tablespoons whipped double cream
  • 1 meringue
  • Scotch Whisky Syrup


  1. Pour over the Whisky Butterscotch Sauce and stir through the dessert.
  2. Put the whipped cream into a sundae dish.
  3. Break the shortbread fingers and the meringue into small pieces and mix into the whipped cream.
  4. Chill and serve topped with Scotch Whisky Syrup
